I spent the entire day today running townhall meetings for my company from 9am to almost 5pm with 15 minutes breaks and an hour lunch break in between.
By the time we were done, I practically shut down both my PC and my brain and retired for the day.
It was not a tough thing to do but having the mind on full alert to manage all the sessions from 9 to 5, it was certainly taxing.
I hope the next townhall will just be one session for everyone.
