There will be instances in your life where an adult throws a 2-year-old worthy of a temper tantrum. You will never see where it came from and you would not know how to react.
The advise given if you are not in a governing position is to just leave him be. For me, in recognising that it happens to certain individuals, I will deliberately choose to walk away.
But if I am in a governing position, I will definitely take the advice given here.
Control, change or get out.
