Weird coincidences?

People tell me not to believe in coincidences but sometimes things happen to me in such a coincidental way that I can't help but notice it. Or is it because of my connectedness, the fact that I am a natural at seeing connections in life?

I started a new training programme at work today and I used the 16 type personality tool to help managers get to know themselves and their team better. After completing the day's session, I received this image below from Vince, a friend from my cell group.

And later in the evening, I receive a hello text from my former staff who is currently a training provider of the same programme.

Now, tell me that is not weird.
