Personal Renewal Checklists

In the training session I was attending today, the facilitator gave us several checklists for renewal in our states of physical, mental, spiritual and socio-emotional.

All my checklists look fine, except I don't agree on the spiritual one. Is that how those in the world see spirituality?

Physical Renewal

    it's surprising the spiritual part has no mention of christian books, not even the Holy Bible (i'm assuming that's a christian conference you attended...) and yes i'd say it's the worldly kind of spirituality.

    Oh, it's not a Christian conference but a company one. But I agree with you, they should at least have one for prayer and daily reading of scripture.
