1. Every verse is a comparison between the good and the bad, the righteous and the wicked with regards to their actions and consequences except for v.10, 18, 22 and 26.
2. Verse 10, 18 and 26 are presented negatively, whereas v.26 is presented positively.
3. These four verses looks like summaries of the sections, with v.22 being the gist of the whole passage.
Proverbs 10
The proverbs of Solomon.
v. | THE TWO PERSONS | CONSEQUENCE |
| wise son/foolish son | gladness/sorrow to parents |
| wickedness/righteousness | no profit/delivers |
| righteous/wicked | not go hungry/cravings thwarted |
| slack hand/hand of the diligent | poverty/richness |
| who gathers/who sleeps | prudent/shame |
| righteous/wicked | blessings/violence |
| righteous/wicked | blessed memory/rotted name |
| wise/fool | receive commandments/come to ruin |
| integrity/crooked | walk securely/found out |
Whoever winks the eye causes trouble, but a babbling fool will come to ruin.
| righteous/wicked | life/violence |
| hatred/love | stirs up strife/covers all offenses |
| understanding/senseless | wisdom/rod |
| wise/fool | knowledge/ruin |
| rich/poor | wealth/ruin |
| righteous/wicked | life/sin |
| heeds/rejects instructions | life/astray |
The one who conceals hatred has lying lips, and whoever utters slander is a fool.
| many words/lips restrained | transgression/prudence |
| righteous/wicked | choice silver/little worth |
| righteous/fools | feed many/die |
The blessing of the LORD makes rich, and he adds no sorrow with it.
| fool/understanding | joke/wisdom |
| wicked/righteous | dreads/fulfilment |
| wicked/righteous | no more/forever |
Like vinegar to the teeth and smoke to the eyes, so is the sluggard to those who send him.
| fear the Lord/wicked | life prolonged/short |
| righteous/wicked | joy/perish |
| blameless/evildoers | stronghold/destruction |
| righteous/wicked | never be removed/not dwell in the land |
| righteous/perverse | wisdom/cut off |
| righteous/wicked | acceptable/perverse |
Verse 22 sounds a bit odd to me until I noticed a footnote in the ESV bible. It may read, "The blessing of the LORD makes rich, and toil adds nothing to it", which makes more sense. It concludes that blessings that come from God is complete, nothing we add onto it will make any difference. And that blessings can only be given to the righteous and blameless.

Great comparisons Pearlie. I penned my thoughts on Proverbs 10 a few weeks ago here.. but it doesn't look like you copied any of it :)
