The mind in the day and the mind in the night

I seem to think differently in the night and in the day. Most of the times, I overturn in the day the decisions I made during long sleepless nights.

  1. It is good to know yourself and the rhythms of your body.

  2. While I was at the hairdresser's yesterday evening, getting my hair cut, I was leafing through a women's magazine (there was nothing else there!) I inadvertently read an article about our rhythms of the day - quite interesting but I am not sure how true it is. E.g. the mind is most alert in the late mornings, memorywork is best done in the afternoon, pain management around 2-5pm, etc.

    I am not sure.
